Coming Home to Your Body

 

 

Entry-level body awareness

For the woman who knows something’s off but can’t quite name it — who lives in her head, pushes through on autopilot, and has quietly disconnected from how her body actually feels. This workshop gives her a gentle, guided way back in, without pressure, performance, or having to have it all figured out. Unlike most wellness events, there’s no spiritual jargon, no forced vulnerability — just a safe, grounded space to get curious about what’s already inside her.

Reset from the Inside Out

 
 

Burnout + nervous system reset

For the high-functioning woman who is tired of being tired — who gives everything to everyone and has started to wonder why nothing feels like enough anymore. This workshop hands her the actual science of what burnout does to the nervous system, plus a toolkit of practices she can use the same day to start shifting it. She doesn’t need another productivity hack; she needs to understand her own biology — and this is where that starts.

The Release and the Refill

 

Emotional release + positive emotion cultivation

For the woman carrying weight she can’t seem to put down — grief, resentment, the quiet exhaustion of holding it all together — who wants to actually feel lighter again, not just be told she should. This workshop moves through release and into genuine joy, because processing emotions doesn’t have to end in depletion. What makes it different is that it takes her all the way through: not just the release, but the refill

Community + co-regulation

For the woman who has a full life on paper but still feels deeply, inexplicably alone — who longs for the kind of connection that doesn’t require performing or having it together. This workshop uses structured relational practices to build the felt sense of belonging, not just the idea of it. It’s different because it’s not a networking event or a group therapy session — it’s somewhere in between, somewhere most people have never been.
