Horse interactions, social and emotional learning, mindfulness activities, all in a fun and safe environment.  Participants will discover ways to better manage emotions,  and work through activities designed to improve social and emotional development .  These days are  perfect for learning about ourselves, non verbal communication methods, developing self awareness & self confidence.  Lunch is provided.
